Apparel.
When does Room4 drop new pieces?
When they're ready. We don't run a seasonal calendar. Drops happen three or four times a year, usually around an event. The mailing list gets notified first; Instagram gets it a day later.
Will you restock the thing I missed?
No. Drops are produced in small runs on purpose. If something sells out, it sells out. We'll occasionally re-cut a piece if enough people ask, but don't count on it.
Do you ship internationally?
Within Japan, yes, automatically. Outside Japan, email us before ordering and we'll quote shipping. We use trackable methods only.
Can I return something?
Within seven days of delivery, if it arrived defective or we shipped the wrong thing, absolutely. Just because it didn't fit or you changed your mind — sorry, no. Small-batch production doesn't give us room to absorb that, and we'd rather you check the measurements than buy something you're not sure about.
Events.
How do I get into a Room4 night?
Follow us on Instagram and watch for the announcement, which goes up a few days later when there are still spots.
Can I take photos?
For yourself, yes. For your story, sure, tag us. For commercial, editorial, or press use, ask first. There's usually a photographer working the night; if you'd rather not be in their shots, find them and tell them. They'll respect it.

What if I bought a ticket and can't make it?
Tickets aren't transferable by default. The guest list is the product, so we need to know who's actually coming.
I run a fashion brand. How do I hire Room4?
Email hello@room4.net or dm us @room4_studio with a paragraph about your brand, what you're trying to grow, and a link to your Instagram or site.
We'll either send back a calendar link for a 30-minute discovery call or, if it's not a fit, point you toward someone who is.
I want Room4 to throw an event for my brand. Where do I start?
events@room4.co. Tell us what the moment is — launch, capsule, fashion week, opening, and roughly when. We take on a small number of brand collaborations per season, so the earlier the better.
The boring stuff.
Can I DJ / model / shoot / collaborate with Room4?
Send us a DM on Instagram with a link to your work. We usually read everything within 2 hours.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We use Stripe, PayPay, and Square depending on the context. Your card details go to them, not to us: we couldn't store them even if we wanted to.
Where does my data go?
Read the Privacy Policy. The short version: nowhere we don't have to send it, and never to be sold.
