No ads. No public tickets. The list moved by word of mouth.
75 people showed up anyway.
¥247,900 spent. ¥255,000 made. Which is the best outcome for a first event. It means the model works before you spend a single yen on marketing.
The first 10 through the door got a beanie with two stickers inside. The first 50 got a lighter. Everything else was music, darkness, and the right people.
Not everything worked. The sound system couldn't hold the low end. The room skewed too male. A few staff drank on shift.
None of that is what people remembered.
What they remembered: 75 strangers who heard about it from someone they trusted, and showed up.
