1. Agreement

By using room4.net, signing up to our mailing list, buying apparel, attending a Room4 event, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the services.

2. About Room4

Room4, LLC is a Tokyo-registered LLC (合同会社) providing creative services, producing events, and selling apparel. Anywhere these terms refer to "services," that covers all three.

3. Intellectual property

Everything you see on this site — the wordmark, the logo, the event identities, the photography, the campaign creative, the copy you're reading right now — is owned by Room4 or licensed to us. You can share it on social media if you tag us. You can't reproduce it commercially, claim it as your own, use it to train a model, or repackage it as something else.

If you want to use anything for editorial or press purposes, ask: hello@room4.net.

4. Apparel

  • All prices are in Japanese yen and include consumption tax unless stated otherwise.

  • Stock is limited and not restocked unless we say so.

  • We ship within Japan as standard; international shipping is available on request and quoted per order.

  • Returns: We accept returns within seven days of delivery only for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Drops are produced in small runs and final-sale by nature; please check sizing before ordering.

  • Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

5. Events

  • Tickets and guest list spots are non-transferable unless we say so in writing.

  • All sales are final. If we cancel an event, you get a full refund. If we reschedule, your ticket carries to the new date or you can request a refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason consistent with venue rules and applicable law — over-capacity, intoxication, dress code, behaviour, anything that risks the night.

  • Photography happens at our events. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos or video we publish. If you'd rather not, find the photographer and let them know — we'll respect it.

  • Venue rules apply. We'll communicate them to you via your confirmation email.

6. Services (for clients)

If you've engaged Room4 for creative services (ads, events, brand work), the binding terms are in your signed proposal or service agreement. These Terms of Use cover your general use of the website only and do not replace that contract.

7. User conduct

Don't use the site to:

  • break the law

  • harass anyone, including us

  • scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content

  • upload malware or attempt to compromise the site

  • impersonate anyone or pretend you're affiliated with us when you're not

We may restrict or block access if you do any of the above.

8. Third-party links

The site links to other places — Instagram, PayPay, payment processors, shipping carriers, our clients' sites. We're not responsible for what those sites do or how they handle your data. Read their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is." We try hard to keep everything accurate, but we don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, Room4's total liability arising from your use of the site or any single purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the Tokyo District Court (東京地方裁判所).

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always at room4.net/terms with the "last updated" date at the top. If we make a material change, we'll flag it on the site for thirty days.
